The Woman Behind the Lens

My name is Danielle and I am a journalism student at Seattle Pacific University in Seattle.  I adore music, chocolate, and have a new-found passion for photography.  I’m surrounded by a gorgeous city that offers incredible opportunities for inspirational photos each day.

I am currently shooting with a Canon Rebel T1i that I got for my birthday/Christmas from my wonderful parents.  I use minimal amounts of editing – most of the time I use Aperture 3.  I am hoping to take a photography class over the summer to learn how to use my camera to its full potential.  Hopefully in the future I can upgrade to a pro camera.  My favorite things to capture photos of are people and every-day details.
